Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the petition mentioned vehicle has been produced before the jurisdictional Court. RPR number is yet to be assigned.

3.The Court below is directed to assign RPR number without any delay. It is for the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Court for release of the vehicle.
