Mrn 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that this petition is filed for violating the condition during lock down by not wearing face mask as per G.O.Ms.No.176 Health and Family Welfare (P1) Department and the case was closed as 'action dropped' and a report was filed to that effect on 21.05.2022. 3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
