ORDER

The petitioner / wife filed this Transfer CMP to transfer the proceedings in the suit in O.S.No.20 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul to the District Munsif Court, Melur, to be tried along with the suit in O.S.No.8 of 2022, pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, both the suits in O.S.Nos.20 of 2021 and 8 of 2022, pending on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul and the District Munsif Court, Melur respectively are withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Madurai, for joint trial. Both the Courts below are directed to transmit the papers to the transferee Court immediately.
