This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 8 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 13.04.2023, 12.09.2023, 14.09.2023, 15.09.2023 and 14.10.2023 and to take appropriate action to prevent the 9th respondent from Timber Industry in Survey Nos. 286/9 and 286/11 of Puliyur Salai Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no more.

3. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous, since the Timber Industry has already been closed.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
