2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 23.01.2017 onwards and the investigation is pending.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police, as and when required.
