O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.10.2019.
2. According to the petitioner, he was working as a Manager in Idinthakarai Branch in the year 1989. During that time, a charge was framed against him on 23.09.1989 and he was suspended from service. Thereafter, the petitioner has challenged the dismissal order before the Principal Seat of this Court in W.P.No.10689 of 1990 and got an order on 10.11.1998. Based on the order passed by the Principal Seat of this Court, he was reinstated into service in the year 1998 and posted as Assistant Manager in Uppur Pandiyan Grama Bank, Ramanathapuram District. He retried from service on 31.07.2010. However, the respondent has calculated the pension benefits only for the period of 22 years and failed to calculate the suspension period into the pension. Hence, he made representation to the respondent on 22.10.2019 to calculate the suspension period from 23.09.1989 to 30.12.1998 as pension period. However, the respondent did not consider the representation submitted by him. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court by way of this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
