To prefer this memorandum of second appeal against the judgment and decree dated 25.03.1994 made in A.S.No.130 of 1992 on the file of Sub Court at Ramanathapuram, reversing the judgment and decree dated 27.11.1991 made in O.S.No.184 of 1990 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Paramakudi. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SIVAJI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Court by order dated 27.06.2023 has allowed the condone delay petitions in C.M.P(MD)No.12383 of 2022 with a cost of Rs.22,000/-. Conditional order passed by this Court dated 27.06.2023 has not been complied with, hence, this application in 2/3
C.M.P(MD)No.12383 of 2022 is dismissed.
2. In view of the dismissal of the condone delay application, other consequential applications in C.M.P(MD)Nos.12385 & 12387 of 2022 are also dismissed.
