The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the the respondents to conduct an enquiry and investigate the case and to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.09.2024 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.09.2024 enquiry was conducted and First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.16 of 2025 dated 31.01. 2025.
