The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to record the petitioners 2 to 7 as LRs of the deceased first appellant Muthu in CMP(MD)No.20632 of 2025 in SA(MD)No.374 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for R3 and the learned counsel appearing for R1 and R2 and also perused the records. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they are not having objections to allow this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in CMP(MD)No.20632 of 2025 and list the matter on 18.02.2026.
