O R D E R

This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.294 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, the third respondent herein to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Tirunelveli, fourth respondent herein.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is over and they yet to file the charge sheet.
