Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VENAKTESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent and the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the last Sunday of every month at 10.00 a.m until further orders and also as and when required sd/- 02/11/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
