ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 341, 294(B), 324, 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.34 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 3.The defacto complainant in this case is none other than the father of the petitioners herein. The defacto complainant had alleged that the petitioners have been harassing him for settling his property in their names. On the occurrence date, the petitioners had attacked the defacto complainant causing him fracture in the leg. The victim had undergone surgery also. He is still in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hospital. The petitioner's conduct is beyond condonation. They deserve to be arrested. The petitioners have caused grievous injuries to their own father. The petitioners are duty bound to maintain their father. But in this case, they are harassing their father and are compelling him to part with the property. It is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
