O R D E R

I have gone through the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.23046 of 2024, dated 27.09.2024. This Court, by that, order had declared that the petitioner's title is perfect and attachment passed in favour of Shriram Transport Finance Limited in arbitration proceedings on 17.02.2020 will not bind the petitioner. There is no direction to remove the order of attachment, shown as encumbrance, from the records of the second respondent /alleged contemnor.

2. Contempt, being a quasi criminal proceedings, unless and until the order has been specifically violated, I will not be in a position to initiate contempt. There being none in this case, this Contempt Petition is dismissed. This order will not stand in the way of the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings challenging the order of attachment or denying the relief that was sought for by the petitioner in W.P(MD).No. 23046 of 2024.
