Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.ABIYA, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent in all the petitions the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. Anticipatory bail was granted as per the order in Crl.O.P. (MD).Nos.19347 to 19349 of 2016 dated 06.10.2016, directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 10 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Since the petitioner failed to appear within the stipulated time, he filed Crl.M.P.(MD).Nos.11097, 11098 and 11099 of 2016 for extension of time and time was extended by two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready.

3. It is admitted that the order copy was made ready on 21.11.2016 and the petitioner has received the same on 22.11.2016 and the present application for extension of time is filed before this Court on 02.01.2017 which is out of time. Hence, the petitioner has failed to surrender before the concerned Court within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court.

4. Considering the reasons assigned for extension of time, this Court is inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, time for compliance is extended for a period of 10 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred only) to the Legal Services Authority, Ramnad District.
