ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to complete the committal proceedings in PRC.No.156 of 2020 in Crime NO.11 of 2020 within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the case in PRC.No.156 of 2020 is pending for the appearance of the accused. The respondent failed to serve summons to the accused and cause delay in the committal proceedings. Hence, the petitioner prayed for a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

3.On the side of the respondent it is stated that the summon is yet to be served to the accused.

4.In the above circumstances, the respondent is directed to serve summons as expeditiously as possible.
