Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MANIMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent and the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the last Sunday of every month at 10.00 a.m until further orders and also as and when required.
