With reference to the relief sought for in this Writ Petition, if at all an application is filed under RTI Act, the Information Officer has to provide information to the information seeker within a period of 30 days. If he failed to do so, the petitioner has to approach the State Commission for redressal. Contrarily, this Writ Petition cannot be entertained.

2.Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Public Information Officer or the State Commission as the case may be for the purpose of receiving information sought for by him, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
