Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 23.10.2016. He seeks modification of the condition.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is studying B.Com, II year in S.Ramasamy Naidu Memorial College at Sattur, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner shall attend the classes and the Principal of S.Ramasamy Naidu Memorial College at Sattur shall send the

Attendance Register of the petitioner once in three months to the Registrar Judicial of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court without fail.
