RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.795 of 2017 dated 25.01.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SUBRAMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 25.02.2017 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.795 of 2017 to the effect that the petitioiner shall stay at Coimbatore and appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Coimbatore daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Mylapore Police Station, Chennai once in a week i.e on every Monday at 9.30 am until further orders.
