This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14454 of 2022, dated 14.12.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court, dated 14.12.2023 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
