O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to recover the entire case records which was the subject matter of Crime No.2 of 2014 and Crime No.3 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent for the purpose of further investigation in Crime No.21 of 2014 of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that already investigation has been conducted and the same was closed as Action Dropped on 20.02.2015.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
