Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO. 18918 of 2016 dated 30.09.2016 in Crime No. 86 of 2016 on the file of the Respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.BANUPRASATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA,Government Advocate(Crl.Side),on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly twice, i.e.on all Wednesdays and Sundays at 10.30.a.m until further orders and also as and when required.
