RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner totally by this Honourable Court by its order dated 31.01.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)NO.967 of 2017 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MUTHU KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in the above Criminal Original petition from 04.02.2017 regularly and the investigation is still pending.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of eight weeks and thereafter as and when required by the respondent police for interrogation. This petition is ordered accordingly.
