Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent i.e., the Director of Agriculture, Chennai, for taking necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2020 for issuance of orders of posting as Junior Assistant in anyone of the offices in the Agriculture Department, within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.Since the respondents herein had not issued posting order for the post of Junior Assistant in the Agricultural Department, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has now been issued posting order. As such, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.
