The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent police to initiate appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.01.2026 in Acknowledgment No.22901260001966 by disposing it according to law.

This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 06.01.2026 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
