RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition of the Petitioners shall appear before the Respondent police, daily at 10.00 A.M until further orders which was imposed upon him by this Honourable Court while granting anticipatory bail in Crl. O.P.(MD)No.14636 of 2016 dated 12.08.2016 and to pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.P.KARUPPASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent and the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), in this case, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi and it is not yet taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Considering the fact that charge-sheet has been filed in this case, the petitioner is directed to report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi on the first working day

of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the charge-sheet is taken on file. Once it is taken on file, the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on all the hearing dates without fail. The trial court is directed to take up the matter and proceed with the same on day-to-day basis without adjourning the matter beyond 10 working days at any point of time.
