The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2025 with regard to removal of his name from the History Sheeted rowdy list in H.S.No.438 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
