... RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl. O. P. (MD) NO. 17282 of 2016 dated 15.09.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.POORNACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent that the condition of appearance imposed by this Court has been complied with. It is further represented that Charge Sheet in Spl. Case No.32 of 2016 has already been filed before the concerned jurisdiction Court. 3.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court on 15.09.2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner hall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court on all hearing dates.

4.The Trial Court is directed to take up the case in Spl.Case No.32 of 2016 on day-to-day basis without adjourning the same beyond two weeks at any point of time and bring the issue to a logical end.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
