This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned proceedings in C.C.No.39 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District, for the offences under Section 420 of I.P.C.

2. The defacto complainant is Rajinikanth. The petitioner/Sathiya Devi is the sole accused. The parties have arrived at an amicable understanding. Both are present before me in person. They have been identified by the respective counsel. The defacto complainant/Rajnikanth states that he has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. A compromise memo has also been filed. The same is taken on record and it will form part of this order.
