ORDER

The present petition is filed by A2 and A3 in S.C.No.3 of 2016 on the file of the learned first Additional District Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that A1 has gone abroad and the Court has issued a non-bailable warrant against him. He also added that the case is midway through the trial.

4. In view of the above, the learned first Additional District Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari, is now directed to explore possibility of splitting up the case as concerning A2 and A3 and proceed with the trial and dispose of the matter, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
