RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 30.09.2016 in Crl O.P.(MD)No.18914 of 2016 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.AJITHA, Advocate for M/S.N.DILIP KUMAR, for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent and the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly thrice, i.e., on all Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays at 10.30 a.m until further orders and also as and when required. sd/- 02/11/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
