ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue death certificate of the petitioner's husband namely Muniyasamy, S/O.Sakthivel.

2.When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent in Moo.Moo.No.4335/2020/A4, dated 10.02.2021, wherein, the respondent had given directions to the authority concerned to register the death of the petitioner's husband.

3.In view of the above, nothing further survives for consideration in this matter and therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
