PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.10 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused herein, who was arrested on 04.01.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 379 of IPC r/w Section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals(Development and Regulations) Act, 1957, in Crime No.10 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The allegation against the petitioner is htat he transported 1/2 unit of river sand in a bullock cart, without any valid license. 3.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner was arrested on 04.01.2022 and that he is in custody for the past 36 days and that the allegation is that he transported only 1/2 unit of river sand in a bullock cart and prayed the petitioner to be released on bail.

5.Considering the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail, on the following conditions:

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 10/02/2022 / TRUE COPY / 10/02/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
