This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for speedy trial of the case in CC No.396 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, is directed to dispose of the case in CC No.396 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
