ORDER

The writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in relation to the rejection order of the online Application Number TN 720191207678 by the second respondent dated 22.01.2020 as illegal and directing the second respondent to issue a legal heir certificate of the deceased Periyakaruppan in the name of the petitioner along with her two sons, namely P.Kathiravan and P.Suresh Kumar.

2.Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner and on hearing the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:- The second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner once again and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording personal hearing to all the parties concerned including the first wife's son, namely Mathi @ Mathivanan.

3.However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
