COMMON ORDER These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1275 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th appellant, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th appellant, and to bring on record petitioner Nos.5 & 6 as the legal representatives of the deceased 4th appellant and rank them as appellant Nos.5 & 6 in the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)No.12 of 2019 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the common affidavit filed in support of these petitions.

3. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent has not raised any objection to allow these petitions.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
