[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 89 days in the filing the above writ appeal.

2. Mr.E.V.N.Siva, learned counsel has entered appearance for the first respondent. Though this Court ordered notice to the respondents on 23.02.2024, the second respondent has not entered appearance. Further, the first respondent has not filed their counter affidavit. Hence, we are inclined to condone the delay.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 89 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
