Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. to issue a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to file final report in connection with crime no: 1 of 2015 dated 07.02.2015, on the file of 2nd respondent within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and affidavit and material papers of this petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate, (Crl.side) on behalf of the petitioners herein and Mr.S.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the respondents, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel on either side are present. Heard. This is a third application for extention of time for filing the final report, by the petitioner herein. The reasons assigned in the affidavit are perused. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the investigation is over and the sanction to be obtained from the

concerned authorities, against the accused in this case. He prayed for further 4 months time in this case.
