ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners and not to interfere with the civil dispute pending with the petitioner and the fifth respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police and perused the materials placed on record.

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.2367 of 2021 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents reports that on receipt of the complaint given by the fifth respondent, the fourth respondent police conducted the investigation and registered a case in Crime No.474 of 2020 as against the petitioner and the investigation is pending.

4.Considering the above, the respondents 2 to 4 are directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent herein, except the case registered against the petitioner in Crime No.474 of 2020. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
