ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.685 of 2015, on the file of the first respondent, in respect of the petitioners.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that one of the alleged victim had filed a private complaint for the offence under Section 138 r/w 142 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, against the first petitioner and in that case, the defacto complainant and the said victim have given an evidence that the first petitioner has borrowed the amount.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are other victims, who were affected by the action of the petitioners.

4. At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that it would be suffice if the first respondent is directed to 2/5

complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court, within a time stipulated by this Court.

5. Recording the said submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, the first respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
