ORDER

The present criminal revision petition is filed challenging the order in Crl.M.P.No.3442 of 2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri dated 14.05.2025, whereby the objections raised by petitioner was found to be lack in merits and was thus, dismissed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted that relief sought in the present criminal revision petition has become infructuous, inasmuch as the subject vehicle has already been confiscated and sold in an auction held on 29.07.2025.

3. Recording the same, criminal revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
