(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the Review Application.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition it had been contended that the order copy was received on 08.01.2025 and thereafter, the same has been forwarded to the higher officials and an opinion was received to file the Review Application, but however, in processing the files, the delay has been occurred.

3. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the review applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. Taking all factors into consideration, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed.

5. Registry may number the review application and post before this Court for the hearing on 25.11.2025 at 04.30 p.m., [C.V.K., J.] [R.P., J.] 11.11.2025 am
