ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner had directed the petitioner to contribute 7 bags of branded ponni rice (Each containing 50kgs) to the Andal Anbu Illam, No.71C 3/B, Sankarankovil Road, Punnai Nagar, Nagercoil, but the petitioner had contributed the said rice bags to the Sri Saradha Devi Anbu Illam, HO.71/C, 3/B1, Sankaramennan Road, Ponnappa Nadar Colony, Nagercoil.

3. In view the above, the learned Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil is directed to accept the contribution made by the petitioner to Sri Saradha Devi Anbu Illam and permit the petitioner to execute sureties as ordered by this Court. petitioner is granted further two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All other conditions in the earlier order shall remain unaltered.
