ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 06.09.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.25202 of 2018. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 06.09.2024, notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act has been issued followed by Section 6 of the Act against the encroachers. Challenging the same, now the statutory appeal under Section 10 of the Act has been filed by the encroachers before the District Collector and the same is pending. 3.In such view of the matter, this contempt petition is closed as no case of contempt is made out. It is needless to mention here that the appeal filed by the encroacher be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
