3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner was acquitted vide judgment dated 01.10.2015 in respect of Spl.SC.No.8 of 2015 and in view of the judgment passed on 01.10.2015, nothing remains for further adjudication in this matter.
