2. Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 24.02.2026 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1738 of 2026 shall be altered as follows:

"5. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court hereby direct the learned Special Court for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Theni District, to issue prior notice to the defacto complainant and thereafter to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of her surrender before that Court in connection with Crime No.52 of 2026 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. The petitioner shall surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of fifteen days from today."
