ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420 IPC in Crime No.103 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. On 05.02.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was ordered to be posted today under caption "For Orders". Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. It is the case of the prosecution that this petitioner is working as a Lecturer in Madurai Kamaraj University and that he had assured the defacto complainants that he will get them jobs in the University and received Rs.7,00,000/-. Thereafter, this petitioner neither got jobs nor returned the amount to the defacto complainants.
