This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the entire enquiry reports pertaining to summon in CSR.No.373/2019, dated 25.11.2019 on the file of the third respondent and quash tge same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the complaint given by the complainant was registered in CSR.No.373 of 2019 and after enquiry, it was ordered to be closed.
