CR. NO.168 OF 2005 ..RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.17566 of 2016 dated 03/10/2016 that the Petitioner shall report before the Court concerned daily at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.THANGAIAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent that the condition of appearance imposed by this court has been complied with. It is further represented that charge sheet in S.C.No.5 of 2016 has already been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this court on 03.10.2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court on all hearing dates without fail.

4. The Trial Court is directed to take up the case in S.C.No.5 of 2016 on day to-day basis without adjourning the same beyond three weeks at any point of time and bring the issue to a logical end.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
