ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.228 of 2018 from the file of the second respondent herein to any other investigating agency. The present petitioner is the complainant in Crime No.228 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to appoint another Investigating Officer to investigate the matter and nominate the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police to monitor the course of investigation.
